I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean with just a minor wet spot on the carpeted floor. The layout was a bit cramped with 2 beds, and there weren't enough pillows and blankets available. The service was friendly overall, but there was a small issue with getting a receipt. The location was convenient, but I wouldn't recommend going out alone after dark. The dining options were limited, although the quality was decent. The facilities were satisfactory.

6.8/10
The hotel is situated in a great location, right by the Conference Center, making it a good starting point for daily adventures in Duluth. The room was spacious enough for two people but lacked a microwave, and there was an unusual shower head placement near the stairway. However, the price paid per night was considered reasonable for a downtown location.

The service, especially from the manager Christine, was not helpful when faced with issues like a locked bathroom door. The staff overall was not very friendly or inviting.

The hotel's location is excellent, being in the best area of town right by the Conference Center. It serves as a convenient starting point for exploring Duluth and offers easy access to downtown attractions like Canal Park.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were limited to simple fare like cereal, donuts, and the like. Despite the lack of variety, it was free and filled our tummies.
Facilities
The hotel's dining options were basic but provided enough to satisfy hunger. Overall, the price paid for the room was in line with the value received.
